Truly a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with my partner for my 30th Birthday celebrations. From check-in we were greeted by the amazing Neyboysha who gave us complimentary champagne and was very friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. It was a pleasure to chat with him daily. Truly an asset to the hotel! All the staff members were also very friendly and welcoming, made us feel very comfortable and always had time to talk and a small chat as we were coming and going. The facilities are fantastic, although the pool was closed for maintenance, the sauna was available and had amazing views of the mountains from the sauna room and relaxation area. Haven’t felt peace and relaxation like it before. The room was superb, with a beautiful balcony with an astonishing view, I had to pinch myself when I first saw the view, life couldn’t possibly feel bad while staying here. The street the hotel is on is iconic, with many great taverns, cafes, bakeries and stores to explore. The bus stop is a few min walk away and very convenient. Once you’ve paid the city tax at the hotel (not much at all) you’re given a free bus pass, to enjoy the buses for free during your stay which was super helpful as we used the bus a lot to access many local areas.

This hotel reflects authentic historic charm throughout. As you enter, the warm greeting of the staff and professional attention is reassuring to the weary traveler. The comfortable decor, artwork, statuary...all greet the eye. An elevator, yippee 😄 but also beautiful wide staircases ( hand scrubbed by the indomitable cleaners) lead upwards. Gorgeous tapestry and vintage couches and chairs greet the eye on the first landing leading out to the massive patio with seating everywhere for all to enjoy the incredible mountain views. The natural pool, lovely fountain and sauna, flowers in vases at each table and loungers for sunbathing. It's heavenly! Also a coffee & fruited water is an offering for free refreshment inside. Most rooms have balcony seating for total relaxation, with stunning mountain views in every direction as the light changes and the clouds drifting through... church bells ring in the background. Location, beauty, charm, breakfast, staff, cleanliness all .... it's the best ❤️.

The person greeting us was affable, kind and communicative; he immediately put us at ease. Champagne was handed to us upon arrival as well as the offer of a hot towel for our hands and face. The room was gorgeous, you can see the historic information and the brochure with the WiFi gave us more information regarding the history - genuinely fascinating. We paid for rooms facing the mountains and it was definitely worth it, the view was gorgeous and it allowed for us to relax as we had a couple of Radlers and watched the stars come out. 10/10, would recommend. We have already discussed coming back again because of the quality of the hotel. Danke!

Wonderful breakfasts every day. Everything you'd ever want, and more. Omelet station with very polite (tall :) ) young man who custom makes you the BEST Omelets. Fresh squeezed OJ, cheese assortment, coffees, fresh fruits.... ETC!! Beds are very comfortable. Views are unbeatable. Very small, but secure parking on site, and underground lot within 30 seconds walk if needed. Very polite professional staff. Only 20 minutes walk to train station to Zugspitze (or, you could drive). They have a nice restaurant as well, we had dinner there once and it was very good, lovely stately atmosphere and good value.

A beautiful, elegant hotel in the heart of old historic Partenkirchen. Serene and quiet, with the most amazing view of the Zugspitze. What however impressed us the most was the staff. Extremely friendly and forthcoming, they assured that our stay was as relaxing as possible and indeed memorable. With a keen eye for detail they attended to our every need. We will surely go back to this establishment, hoping to see the same members of staff again.
